Before & After:
Young female after silicon submuscular breast augmentation via a inframammary route three years ago. Patient extremely unhappy with her results specially how the implants are far apart where she could place four fingers in the center of the chest. Patient under went removal of the old silicon implants, repair of the lateral chest pocket and releasing of the medial pocket and insertion of new larger silicon implants via the inframammary route.
