Her major complaint is that she is not able to apply make up since shortly after smudge off. This is due to the fact that the extra skin hangs down over the eyelashes and there is no crease line on the upper eyelid.

After:
Female patient after upper eyelid surgery also known as Blepharoplasty. The incision is placed on the what is to form the natural crease line at the level of the upper eyelids plate which forms a none visible well healing scar. Excess skin and fat has been removed. Patient has a natural crease line above the eye lashes.
